Who controls the data

What we collect and why

• Your email, to receive, review and update you about your application.
• The time you declared you were 18 or over, as application eligibility only. It is not age assurance or verification.
• pseudonymous abuse-control counters, derived with a secret one-way code from the request source and email. Raw IP addresses are not stored.

Kynnel relies on taking steps at your request to handle the application, legitimate interests to keep the form secure. The form does not ask for ongoing marketing consent, and Kynnel will not add the address to a marketing list.

Who handles it

Vercel hosts the website and Supabase stores the private application record for Kynnel. Applicants cannot see one another's submissions. Kynnel does not send this form to Didit, create an account, perform age assurance, process biometrics, or take payment.

Retention and your rights

An active application expires after six months unless you submit it again. Closed or withdrawn application data should be removed within 90 days. Short-lived abuse counters expire automatically. Ask Kynnel to access, correct or remove your information, or restrict or object to its use using the address above. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
